Analog Photography in a Nutshell

In this two-day workshop, you’ll learn how to use a 35mm SLR camera, develop black-and-white film, and get hands-on experience in the darkroom!

What to Expect

Day One:

📷 Learn how a 35mm analog camera works. You can bring your own or borrow one of ours.
🚶‍➡️We’ll take a short photo walk where you’ll shoot your own roll of black-and-white film.
🎞️ Back at the studio, you’ll develop your film in the Bizarro darkroom using our equipment.

Day Two:

🔴Darkroom session – you’ll make hand-printed black-and-white prints from your selected negatives.

This workshop is great for all skill levels.

If it’s your first time with analog photography or the darkroom — even better! You’re more than welcome 😊

All materials are included: film, photo paper, chemicals, and everything you need for film development and printing.

There’ll also be great coffee and cookies ☕🍪

Got your own camera? Bring it along! If not, we’ve got a few you can borrow.
